Tipton St. Martin parish registers held at Stafford CRO. Examined 30/4/97. These details taken from Fiche F 3949/1/5 Baptisms, Marriages and Burials 1770-1808. However it is extremely illegible and mistakes may have been made. For example Phebe could have had the surname Fletcher rather than Sheldon - it was that difficult to read. Other confirmation from IGI. I am not completely sure about the death details.

Baptised on 20 Jan 1788, son of John and Ann, Tipton St. Martin, query born earlier in 1787
ELIZABETH SHELDON: b. July 11, 1788, Tipton
Baptised 8 Nov 1789 at Tipton St. Martin, daughter of John and Ann Sheldon, date of birth said to be 11 July 1788
PHEBE SHELDON, b. November 16, 1780, Tipton.
The least certain member of this family as register illegible. I have not included her above, but she may be in this family
